"Unwind" by Neal Shusterman

Another dystopian (dystopia?) futureistic type novel.

A law has been passed that human life must be protected until the age of 13 (or maybe 16, can't remember really, it's been a few weeks since I've read this one). After the age of 13 however, parents can choose to have their child "unwound" and sent to a Harvest Camp where their bodies will be harvested for organs to help others live.

This book follows a few different runaway "unwinds" as they fight for survival. If they can stay alive until they're 18, they will be free.

Enjoyed this one.
