Frede Ware has everything you would imagine a Big Texas Life has - huge house, huge inheritance, wonderful husband, grand social life and maybe most importantly, power in the Willow Creek Junior League. Yes, Frede has everything - including tacky, trashy, new-money neighbors.
Frede's life begins to unravel fast when her husband betrays her, steals her money and runs off with a middle class secretary to places unknown. Now her only choice is to approach that tacky neighbor, a rich laywer, to get her money and her life back. The only problem is, he won't work for her unless she gets his equally tacky wife into the sweater-set wearing clique that is the Junior League.
A fun read with a bit of a twist.
