The story about Jacinta and Treadway Blake and their hermaphrodite child, Wayne. Born in 1968 in remote Labrador, Wayne is raised as a boy but a girl he thinks of as "Annabel" is never entirely extinguished.
A bit wordy. I was a bit disappointed in this one, to be honest...the plot is a great one but thought it could have been written better. Still good, though.
